3D signage

A 3D signage (plastic letter) is a three-dimensional letter, graphic, or logo that emerges from the plane. We recommend the use of 3D signages if you need a more sophisticated and more spectacular design instead of a flat sign, but you do not have to use illuminated characters.

3D signages made of metal: Among the material uses, this is the most durable design solution. The characters or logos made of metal are manufactured with our CNC-controlled channel letter bending machine, so almost any shape can be manufactured with high precision, in unlimited quantities, in the same quality, so in a way that they can be reproduced at any time. The surface of the aluminium 3D signage is protected by powder coating, or polishing used in the automotive industry. Stainless steel signages are manufactured in fiber-polished or mirrored design, and copper characters are patinated.

Plastic signages made of plexiglass: In the case of protrusions between 3-30 mm, the 3D signage can be cut out from solid plexiglass. Its final color is obtained by painting, but colored plexiglass can also be used in its material, which color can be selected from a range of colors provided by the material distributor.

Expanded polystyrene: This material can be known as a step-resistant insulation material used in the construction industry. The signage or figure is cut out with a computer-controlled foam cutter, with a thickness of between 2 and 10 cm. Its surface is protected with modern concrete paint in a color determined by the RAL color scale.

PVC and other plastics: Its application depends on the conditions of use (e.g. UV radiation) and the paintability of the selected material. Or colleagues provide expert advice to help you choose the right materials.

Wood, MDF: We recommend it primarily as a decoration element for interior use, and the desired result can be achieved by painting, pickling, or varnishing.
